Mini Skills
Mini skills differ from General Skills and Professions in that they are passive abilities that require fewer lessons to increase in skill level. Mini skills require approximately half as many lessons to Transcend as other skills. Upon transcending a mini skill, you will also be granted a new ability.
Thermology
As you progress in this skill, you gain resistance to fire damage attacks. Upon transcending the skill, you gain the ability to Quench Skin. This skill allows you to cure yourself of being ablaze.
Frost
As you progress in this skill, you gain resistance to cold damage attacks. Upon transcending the skill, you gain the ability to defend against cold attacks with Heat Blood.
Galvanism
As you progress in this skill, you gain resistance to electric damage attacks. Upon transcending the skill, you gain Grounding. With this ability, you can render yoursefl immune to the next electric attack.
Constitution
As you progress in this skill, you gain resistance to pure magickal damage attacks. Upon transcending this skill, you gain the ability of Tenemecy. This ability will allow you to increase your tolerance for alcohol, and also reduce your need for food by one-third.
Fitness
As you progress in this skill, your rate of endurance regeneration increases. Upon transcending this skill, you gain the ability to travel more quickly using the Celerity skill.
Philosophy
As you progress in this skill, your rate of willpower regeneration increases. You also gain resistance to various pyschic damage attacks. Upon transcending this skill, you may use Clarity to help defend against acts that go against your will.
Antidotes
As you progress in this skill, your resistance to poison damage will increase. Upon transcending this skill, you gain the ability to Purge Blood, curing a variety of afflictions.
